hi all any way to convert the yamaha montage sounds to the roland fantom g6 or yamaha motif ? any software or way to export import ?

Strange that you come on a Korg forum to ask about Roland and Yamaha technicalities!

Anyway, the only way you could transfer the Montage sounds is to sample them into a Fantom or Motif.

An identical question was posted on a different forum. I attempted to explain that it can't be done. He said thank you.

So now he's posting here. I'm not sure what the point is.

im sorry all for asking it on korg forms. i asked it for my friend. ( i only have and like korg) i cud not get any answer anywhere. so i tried to post it here, because i sow 45 pages discussing the montage

Yes, we talk about many different keyboards here. Very Happy

But no, it's not possible to transfer sounds from a Yamaha to a Roland or vice versa.
