So...I'm finding that lately my TEX is not responding to program changes that I have in the midi files that I, myself, have created ON my TEX 61. In some cases, the program data has been stripped from the files altogether.

I have no idea what is causing this, but it's now obvious that I cannot rely on the workstation in a live situation (on stage).

Before I succumb to having to create WAV or MP3 files of my sequences, for live use from my iPad...does anyone have any suggestions as to what might be creating these SMF issues?

I've verified that the Global MIDI settings have not been changed, to filter /disable program changes.
