|
|
Hello,
I received a PA50SD which cannot sample directly. I do notice, however, that you can load and unload programs and other things from an SD card. I would love to create samples on my PC and load them onto the PA50SD from the SD card as new programs.
I have been trying to find information on how to create such a sample and convert it into the proper format.
Has anyone tried this or have any ideas where I could find more information?
The docs indicate that Pa50SD data is perfectly interchangeable with its Pa80 and Pa60 counterparts. It seems like getting new programs/samples on the pa50SD should be possible. |

Hi,
Nobody answered you yet? Strange...I would like to do the same thing as you...Load samples on my PA 50 SD.. I am currently looking for good samples of the Enigma flute. Enigma is a French new age famous group (mainly in the 90's and early 2000's)....
Also looking for a style for Sadness track from Enigma and "Beyond the invisible"...There are many Youtube videos showing amateurs playing it on Tyros and Yamah keyobards, but not on PA 50 SD or similar.. |

AFAIK pa50 cannot sample. AS you said it could load samples very well. Sampled sounds and styles could be found all over internet and you could get it, if you are willing to shell out some bucks. Please do google it. _________________ Life's music - www.myoozic.com |

Sorry folks the pa50 does not have the ability to play/load mp3 or samples.
you need the higher end $$$ models if you want that ability.
Meantime plenty of stuff for pa50 here to keep you busy.

I highly recommend you read the *Tutorial 1~5*

Thanks a lot "phatt"
I do appreciate it. I just needed a confirmation like that. BTW my device is PA50SD. I assume it is like Pa50 not able to do so. Right?

I believe the only difference is the floppy drive was changed to an SD card slot. Other than that they are identical.
