I don't have those sound banks but I think it's fine. I generally use my own pads but I also prefer ones that have a lot of swirling motions in them.I like to have LFO modulation, phasing or flanging and filter sweeps in my pads. I wish I could incorporate panning effects too.
For me, the King korg is a good little machine. _________________ If music is the food of love, play on and play loud!

You can incorporate panning effects. There is a PanPot setting in the Program Menu after the AMP settings. You can set it as a destination in the Virtual Patching as well. Some of the presets use this as stereo tremolo by sending it to an LFO. Try sending it to the Pitch Bend Left+Right too, it's pretty cool. |

I didn't know that. Thank you very much! I will try that. I really like to have motion in my sounds if I can. I used to like to have a random panning effect on my hi-hat. I've never fallen into the belief that your pan stage should always be set up like the way your band sets up. Unless you are doing a live recording and even then that's just a guide line and not a rule.
Even if it was a rule, I like to break 'em!
Thanks again! _________________ If music is the food of love, play on and play loud!
