Electribe 2s (firmware 2.2) hangs EXPORT ALL SAMPLES

Hello! I faced the problem of non-conservation of their own samples. It is the latest firmware version 2.2. I use a program Electribe Sample Manager. Version 1.1.0.13. In it, I save my samples. The saved file is selected via IMPOPT SAMPLE, further, to remember all the files in the memory I click EXPORT ALL SAMPLES, but the device hangs at 0%. This problem does not occur if you do EXPORT SAMPLE. But if you do EXPORT SAMPLE, in this case are factory samples, which I do not need. Help please advice if I can be like that fix the problem with hanging. Maybe I can somehow go back to the old firmware 1.16?
