Hello chaps.
I bought one of these a fair while ago but never took to it.
Mainly because when you get a good grove going and move onto the next pattern all the filters default back to the saved setting instead of staying where they are so you can build on the previous pattern.
Then I noticed that when you get a whole raft of sounds playing at once some get cut which kind of disappointed me.
So it ended up being used to make backing loops to practise my guitar along to.
Then when I bought a NI Maschine it sealed the Electribes fate and its been boxed up ever since.
So my question is...
Have these two issues ever been addressed and sorted or put in the pipeline to be sorted?
If not I'll put it on ebay or someone can make me an offer.

Slightly off topic but...
Maschine was like £100 more than the tribe but 1000 times better.
I know you need a laptop or pc but who doesn't own one of those? The stuff it comes with. kontact player, massive, guitar rig and tons of other stuff plus the fact it works as a stand alone midi controller seriously makes me question the Electribes value.

Dave

Short answer:
no, and no.

Sorry...

PS. And the value you're questioning: a hardware groovebox has value for people who don't want to turn on the damn computer to do something fun in their free time. Otherwise you're on the freakin computer 24/7. Think about that.

Your signature made of quotes of other forum users proves that you don't have anything to say, or maybe you have problems with expressing your own thoughts.

So if you don't have anything to say – just don't.

I bought an E2 to have something to play music while hiking this summer, and... God, that was so fuckin' cool during summer nights in the mountains...
Sure, it doesn't sound as good as my Push with all it's damn VSTs, but I don't regret anyway.
