When I go through the process of pressing shift and 8 and then turning the first knob, the 'on' doesn't change to 'off' at all. I'm sure the knob works so it can't be that.

Anyone have an idea of how to fix this?

Thanks.

are your knobs set to catch mode?

sounds daft but turn the knob all the way one way u til it stops and then all the way back until it stops

see if that helps

For some reason, no.. =/
Snaps back to 'On' as soon as you hit 8 (or shift) again..

Does it change before that, when you turn the knob?

Yes, turning the knob shows on and off in the display (showing on as "original value"), but pressing 8 (or shift) does not affect the setting, write protection stays as original value..

Hey there. Any solution for this problem? I'm having the exact issue and I can't figure it out how to do it. I thought I need an "Ok" key or something like that to store the settings but it appears that it's a problem more or less. If it's necessary I will make a short clip to prove my issue. Thanks!

Solve it. The settings were right, the problem was the cable (midi to usb...)
