I notice that some notes are not sounding well anymore. Especially when I play a chord in the left hand and a single note in the right hand, the note doesn't come or makes a strange sound.
I read some posts on it and I read sometimes about "death" buttons/keys
I play real simple things with e.g a 3-note-chord on the left hand and a single note in the right hand.
I know you cannot play 10 keys together with this instrument but my level is low ... Anyway, it's a new problem.
E.g : when I play a E7 chord on the left, a G# (1 key) on the right hand , it doesn't sound well.
So, the problem is there mostly when I play some notes together in slow pieces, then you hear a strong sound or nothing. I never have the problem playing the keys one by one. It's mostly in a combination.

Is this problem recognizable ?
What would you do ?
Can this problem be solved ?

I read about dust in the keys and a cleaning of the keys , death keys, ...

I bought the Korg in may 2015. Normally, there is a 2-year guarantee.

Thanks for your advice !
