when in sequencer record mode I am having problems saving a song to the hard drive after editing in step record sequence. I hear a horrible noise like an electrical fizz. Am I doing something wrong or have I got s problem with my keyboard?

You have a problem with your keyboard . It needs to be repaired . Sounds like your hardrive has failed .
