I recently got a MicroKEY 61, I use it on Windows 8 at home and Mac OSX at work. There is a problem that started happening two weeks after I got it: whenever I use the octave down/up twice the keyboard stops working. I can shift +1 and then -1, but if I go -2/+2 it doesn't send anything anymore to the computer. Even if I go back to -1/+1 it won't work. Rebooting the keyboard (removing and reinserting the USB) will fix it.

Also, the Korg Kontrol Center will tell me the keyboard isn't present, this happens both on the Mac and Windows.

Any ideas?

I had a similar problem, but did some more experimenting, you might want to read my post. Not sure is relevant 2 years later, but still.
