how do i change the note that plays off the pad in trigger mode?
also why is it that sometimes one 'part' will sound in key no matter what pad you hit in keyboard mode have, but then i'll switch to another "part" and it won't sound "in" on all the same pads?

so basically i can't get the chords to line up tuning wise when i want to play on the keyboard mode cause the parts aren't in the same tuning when i switch keyboard modes between each part and also when it's on trigger mode i want to change the key/tuning of the note that is assigned to the part on the sample pad. how do i do that?

There is a global setting about how the trigger mode works.
If you set it to "Seq 1st" it will play the first note of the first bar. Record a note which seems correctly tuned in keyboard mode. Then go to sequence mode and press the red lit pads in the sequence to make them inactive. Electribe will still know what note was recorded, instead of C4 which is normally used. Don't forget to save the pattern before you start recording your drumming in trigger mode.
