I'm just wondering if there is a slow motion video showing exactly how to play this beautiful song? I suppose I could sit down and learn it the old fashioned way but I was really hoping that one of you great Genesis tribute band keyboard players could show me.

I only want to play it for fun! And maybe to show off a bit! Wink Wink

Count me in, if such a thing is available! Smile

I have just left Welsh Floyd, and am looking to resurrect a more general prog band of mine. We did some Genesis and Gabriel (as well as Pink Floyd) in that, and would love the challenge of some of the trickier stuff to improve my chops!

Probably going to have to learn it the old-fashioned way.

That said, I would start with the left hand. Get the comping chords and the rhythm down first, because there's some strange accents and timings in there, then adding the right had will be much easier. (It's the syncopations that throw people.)

At least it was for me the 40-odd years ago I learned it.
