Hi all, I bought a second hand ES-1 recently. I bought a Smartmedia card to go with it, too. However, I haven't been able to remove the old one. I was wondering if there was some obvious way to remove it that I'm not seeing. I'm reluctant to force it because I don't want to damage the unit. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

They simply pull out, if it's jammed it may be worth unscrewing the unit to check it first.

Just to be clear in talking about smartmedia cards not SD cards.

Thanks for your response. Yes, I am talking about a Smartmedia card. Thanks for the suggestion. I'll try unscrewing the enclosure and see if I can remove the card that way.
