I want to change the Microkorg XL+ to 432Hz from the standard 440Hz (A) tuning. Please could you tell me how to do this?
Many thanks,

Hi,
It is the first global parameter.
1. Turn the Functioin select knob to Full edit.
2. Turn the first knob till you find the first global parameter: the global label lights up and the first line reads as global.
3. Turn the second knob all the way left: the display reads as 'mst tune' and the frequency.
4. Use the third knob to set the frequency.
Note:
* Push Write twice to store the settings permanently.
* It is a global parameter - it affects all programs

Hi,
Yes you can also change the tuning of the Akai Miniak over a plus or minus 200 cent range. One cent is equal to 1/100th of a semitone, so this means that the global tuning can be raised or lowered by up to a whole step. The MINIAK's default tuning is set to A=440 Hertz
Have fun. _________________ microKORGXL, Kaossilator Pro, monotribe, SQ-1, volca fm, Kross 88 BK

So for the Akai Miniac, the nearest tuning step for 432Hz is -32 cents. |

Hello! I have a MicroKorg and was wondering if it can be tuned to 432hz since I couple it with a guitar tuned to that frequency.
Thanks a lot! |

Also the mK can be tuned using the Global parameter page and the first knob (master tune). The display show the Hz above 400. (Meaning 40.0 in the display corresponds to 440Hz.
