Hi- Robosardine here. I've not been around here for a while- since selling my old EMX1
I am thinking of getting a new electribe. Is it possible to replace record? So that with the pattern running in record mode the notes that you enter replace any previous ones (like the old EMX)- or does it just add to the notes already there every time?
Also- have any of you gone back to the old EMX1 instead of the newer one?
Cheers |

Great! good news- best of both worlds. I think I might just get one. I have been having some fun lately with the Kaossilators- so I was thinking that this type of thing if it were available would give me the same sort of groove.
Many thanks |

I need to clarify somenthing about the way notes get replaced in mono modes. If you have a long note that is tied along many steps and you replace it with shorter notes with a break in between each other, the former doesn't get totally erased but is broken into pieces that will still fill the empty gaps of the new sequence.
It's the same in poly modes when you exceed the limit of four notes per step. In this case any new note seems to take the place of the nearest one, possibily the lower. _________________ https://soundcloud.com/elksoncouch
