Krome USB Midi Driver Install Error 2753 -Please help

I'm trying to install the USB Midi driver on my Windows 10 PC.

I keep getting: Error:2753 The file "ezsetup.exe is not marked for installation


Can anyone tell me why this is happening and what to do to get it to install?

I've already tried running the regsvr32 vbscript.dll from the cmd prompt. It ran it successfully and still getting the same error.

Has this happened to anyone else? What's the fix?

I'm using a Windows 10 PC. (i5 processor, 8GB RAM, 256 GB SSD drive)
