Do you mean Audio based midi grooves? Like midi grooves that are generated from slicing audio loops? If yes, you can check these out:

not audio based, a pattern from addictive drums for example, midi data

There's couple of ways of doing it.

This is how I would do it. I would import the midi track in a DAW and work out all Velocity, mapping, time signature issues ...etc.

Then I'll import that just like a standard midi file into an empty user slot and save it as Style B. I take this step, so I won't screw up an existing style and stuff. Then you can go back to Style A and do a copy/from style track.

That's just my workflow.
