Hi - I'm using one of the preset choir/voice samples on the keyboard. The sound is fine but the initial attack on the voices is a bit fast. Is there any way I can adjust that parameter (I've searched around but so far no luck).

There is, by adjusting the Envelope Generator for the Amplifier section (Amp EG). Set a longer attack time.

Assuming it's the HD1 engine go to the Amp page, Amp EG tab and adjust the attack time (if it's a dual oscillator program, for both oscillators). Alternatively, switch the control surface to Tone Adjust and on the display check the control surface page - most likely one of the sliders is already assigned to Amp EG attack time.

Sorry -- I can't find my way around. Could you possibly talk me through from the Play/Rec window (in sequencer mode). The choir sound that I want to modify is on midi track 4.

- select midi track 4 in the dropdownlist in the sequencer
- press the tone adjust button (hardware button on the left side of your kronos)
- now modify the amp attack

don't forget to save the song after your sound adjustments.
