Hi,

so basically I'm facing some issues with my setup regarding volume. I (think I) have plugged everything correctly but when my headphones are plugged into my interface, the volume is veeeeery low. Even when I turn it up to full it doesn't change really. My setup.

- Korg Volca Sample
- Steinberg UR 22 mk II
- Ableton Live 9

assuming everything is hooked up correctly, this doesn't seem like its an issue regard the volca but rather the audio interface. have you hooked the volca into headphones or a mixer? do you get the same issue? is volume up on everything including volca master audio out, part levels for the samples? does the interface do this with other synths? Are ableton and the interface playing together correctly? also looks like the interface is trs inputs, have you tried only inserting the cable until you feel a click but not full inserted? lastly have you tried a 1/8" trs to 1/4"trs cable?
