I am running Korg Module on a 6th generation iPod touch and generally it works great. However, I have noticed that on the ivory piano sounds no matter how I adjust latency or polyphony (voices) settings it is always stuck at 12 note polyphony. When you play the 13th note the oldest note held down will cut out (for example when you are holding multiple notes down with the sustain pedal).

Has anyone else noticed this?

Yes. On my iPad Air 2 I could only ever get 18 notes polyphony from Module right up until about 2 months ago when an update from Korg fixed the problem (now I get somewhere near 30). Make sure you have the latest version but it could just be a limitation of the IPod Touch.
