Is there anyway to use mix play/mute karma scenes or mix select karma switches to arm/disarm tracks in Reaper?

I'm not sure if you can do that. But I did find a Reaper Blog but haven't dug into it too much. They talk about automation in it and have a few videos explaining how automation performs in Reaper. Might address your question?

You might want to ask over at KARMA Labs as well if you don't get any other responses here.

I have Reaper but use it strictly for recording directly from my KRONOS.

Yes, I saw the ReaperBlog videos about cc mapping, and I've done sucessfully in another keyboards but in Kronos, when I press the play/mute karma scenes or mix select karma switches at Action List configuration any cc# value is sent. I don't know why....

I found a solution that fits exactly what I need!

In short, you can assign CC messages to every sliders/knobs/switches at the Global>External 1 session.
The data will be sent when Korg Kronos EXT button is on
