I was trying to build a combi for Africa by Toto, in which I would need the sustain/damper pedal to only effect the first two programs in my combi (for the intro, where I need to play sustain the C#m chord in order to play the higher marimba part without the chord cutting off). Is it possible to program the sustain pedal to only apply to select voices, and if so, how would I go about programming that?
Thank you in advance! |

In the Combi MIDI Filter / Zones tab, MIDI Filter 1 sub-tab, uncheck the "Enable Damper" boxes for the timbres that don't need sustain.
