User Banks "Gray" or "Empty" ?

Hi everyone!
Greetings from Costa Rica.


I would like to ask you how it's possible to restore the empty "Init Programs" and "Init Combis" on my free User banks.

I just restore everything to factory's default presets (even the banks) but since that, my User banks (I think it was the "D" one) just appear as grey and cannot select them.

I would appreciate if you can help me.

Btw; I'm using an new SD formatted by me using an original img, since the factory SD got the glitches problem.
Maybe if someone could attach the original factory default PCG could solve the lack of INIT progs and combis that are really useful for me.

I can send the total restore PCG with init user banks too. Write me a mail.
