Hi Folks,

I have created a nice sound on the MS20EX, but I want it to rise in pitch. Currently I can achieve this by choosing the Osc & Filter page, highlighting the MG/T.EXT button in the Frequency Modulation section, and gradually increasing the Value Slider with my left hand.

Unfortunately, I won't have a hand free when I intend to use this sound. Is there a way of getting the pitch to rise from within the MS20??

Many Thanks in advance

Steve

Pitch envelope generator?
Or set portamento to a high(long)value and play the pitch change.

You could also use Aftertouch as an AMS mod source assigned to the Pitch of OSC2.

Other possible sources, some as Amit suggested: one-shot ramp wave LFO, an envelope, foot pedal, or D-beam.

Sounds like sampling your MS20EX sound would do the job here. Easy enough to do.
