New to Kronos.

Just bought Kronos 2 61.

Love it.

Can anyone point me in the direction of downloadable patches (free or for purchase) that might be useful for function band work.

The K07 sounds are great, but need a few more classics.

I know I should be programming them myself, but I need to start somewhere.

Program banks Int-A and Int-B contain quite a few useful "classic" sounds. After that there's Dan Stesco's Most Wanted Leads.

And KRS-06 free pack with its CX-3 signature sounds.

Well the Korg shop is obviously a good place! Smile

Be sure to check Sharp's excellent collections, amongst others.

And also do a search for Enigma Hack on this forum. He has done a ton of great stuff (both free and for purchase)

I can also advise you to try the excellent Qui Robinez' sounds : http://www.quirobinez.nl/free-sounds/korg-kronos
Many are free and three are available for a low price. (at the moment the shop is cloded but you can download the free sounds)

Check out my Session Gig Collection at narf sounds I've got 78 gig-ready combis based on songs you may already play in your band. I still have the Version 5 listed there but I will send the new Version 6 files from today. There are demo videos in the home page and the media page so you can check out if it will suit what you're looking for.
