Hi,
I don't know if Mintjamman ever went, but the Hammersmith Palais Dance Hall in London used to have a circular revolving stage and every time the two bands changed, the stage would slowly revolve and both the band finishing and the band starting their set would both play 'Time is tight' in the same key.
Chris

p.s. I have the sheet music somewhere if anyone is interested.
