Ok so I had my keyboard felt replaced on middle E. Finally after 2 months but now I noticed that my velocity is off. Having to really push the keys to get sound. When I play lightly it’s not triggering sound....so frustrated! Since day one this keyboard has had nothing but problems...Any suggestions? I’ve already messed with velocity and it’s still having problem. |

Download the MIDI-OX freeware, then connect your Kronos MIDI output to it. Play at different strenghts/velocities, the freeware should show you velocity levels varying between 0 and 115 or more. From there, you can see if there is a problem. Depends also if you play your Kronos by itself or have a setup with several keyboards controlling different things. |
