I can't believe that for all the pre-sets my KRONOS has, I couldn't find a decent Bossa Nova beat.

I went through all the pre-sets on the RPPR thing and then all of the KARMA beats.

Did I miss something?

there are a few; check the Voice Name List for locations: pattern 387-390 for example.

But if you search the VNL pdf, you'll trace also other, e.g. in karma as well

Have a try

I will check those out. I think I did and found them unsatisfactory.

I am just surprised that among all of the dozens and dozens and dozens of pre-set rhythms in my Kronos (most of which I find to be terrible and useless) there are not more than just a few Bossa Nova beats . . .

I may just have to *gasp* make my own!!! Smile

Keep in mind that Kronos is not targeted to traditional stuff, but more to rock and modern stuff

You can always include your own bossa drumpattern, imported from a good midi file
