“system update” does not work “Invalid File” error message

After some first use of the battery-powered Electribe (S/N 000181; black case) following was seen

* The system version installed on the unit did not contain the "Pattern Parameters" "CHAIN TO" and "CHAIN REPEAT", hence the S/W is not the latest (current).
* a memory card was formatted by the Electribe
* writing and reading samples from the memory card was OK
* new system files were downloaded from electribe/System Updater http://www.korg.com/us/support/download/software/0/367/2578/
* trying to update the system as per KORG insructions resulted in error "Invalid File"
* All available versions, including 1.19 were tested, all resulted in error "Invalid File"

Is there a solution to this problem?

SOLVED!

I had to download the upgrades from the Japan website:
http://www.korg.com/jp/support/download/software/0/368/2577/
