|
|
I have just returned to a Pa4X after spell with a conventional organ. Can anyone advise me if, under the new 2.1, it's possible to easily convert a factory sound to a pad?
What I would like to be able to do is to have a pad with Lyrical Choir or one of the other voices.....
Any ideas?
Thanks

The easiest thing to do IMO is:
check the existing factory pads and find one that has the right pattern.
Don't care about the instrument used in it for now.
Edit this pad by changing the instrument (sound) used (to Lyrical choir, or any other sound you like).
Save it as a user pad.
Of course you can make other modifications to it, but it's a fast and easy way to start.
See pages 237 and 238 in the manual, you can change the sound by selecting Pad Track (see page 238).
For writing (saving) the pad, see page 308. _________________ Musical grtz, Frans
