I got Groove Rider and it is very impressive. Everything regarding true ADSR and a superior Arpeggiator, things Korg didn't care to address is sorted out in the app.
I chatted with the Developer. He has more things planned for the next update which will include midi note control and CC.
I've been using my E2 and ES2 for a long time and this app smokes both of them. "Sorry Korg, you were told to do this and you didn't listen...that's what happens" _________________ Korg PX5d

A thread on Groove Rider is in the Electribe forums because it was designed to aimed at Electribe users. It's a really awesome app with features that Korg should have implemented.

YES! Electribe 2 or 2S syncs directly to Groove Rider to act as a controller. It's almost as good as native a native mode for the app. It's really impressive. _________________ Korg PX5d

Sounds like it's a beast! My reason for not getting an iPad is a lot like the reason I don't join the military: sometimes you just don't know what the guys at the top have in mind for you! Things like reducing performance on old machines, hackability, not being purpose-built, aging non-serviceable batteries, and big crunchy glass screens make me less comfortable than with devices I can service myself hands-on (cue Beavis + Butthead laughter). Power to you though, there's a ton of options out there! |

I tried connecting the electribe 2 with the groove rider gr-16 but the app won't see the electribe as midi in! What settings needs to be done ? Thanks _________________ [imghttps://s-media-cache-ak0.pinimg.com/564x/91/d9/c5/91d9c5dbcdff316efaf72e57b0ae7229.jpg[/img] |
