Hello everyone,

I'm getting the following WARNING message when I try to load my own PA3X set in the PA4X

'' SET folder not generated by this instrument. You cannot load it as a whole, but you can open it and load individual folders, banks or single resources''

WHY?

PA4X has a new OS and so there are changes to many things since PA3X.....
Korg have implemented PA4X checks when loading SETs to see if there are any potential problems - like GLOBAL mode
So the message is correct - and yes, you need to load individual banks/resources as required
Alternatively you can use your PA3X SET as a PA4X DIRECT access set - PA4X will convert it (you won't lose the original) and then you can play with your PA3X SET bearing in mind the PA4X changes.

This is what I did and it saved me many hours of work so my band could basically continue from my PA3X days - since then I have gradually converted over to the PA4X as required.
