KSC Auto-Load problem

I was in the process of loading KSC banks to audition new sounds and in the process of being in Disk mode, the screen froze up on me. I powered my Kronos 2 down and when I got to a Combination I was working on, I got the message that "Samples Not Loaded" I then went to Global mode and entered the KSC Auto-Load page. I then clicked on Add KSC which took me to Disk Mode where I selected the KSC file and pressed Load. Back in the KSC Auto Load. I saw the KSC and User Bank KSC. However the Do Auto-Load button is greyed out. The method is set to Virtual Memory. What am I doing wrong???

The Do auto-load now button is grayed out if the selected samples exceed the maximum available RAM, # of MS, # of Samples, or # of MS Indexes.
