Has anyone else noticed the low level crackling and noise when 48v mic power is applied? More noticeable in cans, but still noticeable in the FOH speakers?

Wondering if it is the 48v DC circuit itself or perhaps some sort of audio processing?

Now that you mention it, sometimes I hear something like a little static in my recordings. I will test to see if it is happening when I use phantom power.
Thanks!

Sorry I didn't get back to you. I've been in the hospital since that night.
Hope to get out tomorrow and maybe back to work by the weekend.

Actually pretty serious. Heart problems, had to install a pacemaker/defibrillator. Then the incision got infected, so back again.
Hope to get out in another day or so. Thanks.

Don M.,

Sorry to here you are having some health issues. Hope the pacemaker stabilizes things really well and you get back to feeling normal and making music.
