I have been told I can copy a track from a STYLE into a PAD, but I cannot find instructions on how to do it ...
Anyone? ...

1. In style mode, press Rec
2. New Pad
3. Press Menu>>Pad Edit
4. On the bottom tabs, select the 2nd from last that says Copy fm Style
5. Select the style, variation and track
6. Execute>>Yes and then press Exit
7. Go to Menu again and press Track Controls
8. For a guitar strum sequence, change Track Type to Guitar. It's Drums by default
9. Also, if it's a sequence change Pad type from One Shot to Loop
