Can I ask again?
What are you plugging the Kronos into? What is the device? _________________ : Nord Stage 2 HA88 : Korg Kronos 61 : Korg Kronos 2 73 : MacBook Pro : |

I have just experienced exactly the same problem. Have you found any solution? _________________ Korg Kronos 2, Roland Jupiter 50, Korg KingKorg, Roland Juno 60, KeyB Duo |

Is your volume knob at 100% while comparing L/R to 1, 2, 3 & 4? I ask because I see the same thing, but for me it is down to having the volume knob at around 50%. L/R is muted by the main volume knob, Outputs 1-4 is going out at 100% regardless. _________________ Gear: Korg Kronos 2 73, Arturia Microbrute & MiniBrute 2, Moog Mother-32, Ibanez RG320DXFM Guitar, ESP Viper 254FM Bass, Blackstar HT-1

L-R output jacks are digitally controlled by switching transistors that mute output op-amps of channels according to your
output L-R routing and the sensors are activated by jacks negative body so your actual problem is strictly hardaware !
Either 1/4 female board jack joint is discontinued and broke under violent cable stretching by sound engineer's personal
nor one driving mutting mosfet is defected and I believe you have to visit service center.
Hope this helps _________________ Music Conductor - Sound Engineer & Developer - Automotive SMPS/RF R&D - Electronics Engineer
