|
|
Hi
My Volca Keys seem to have a tuning problem.
This is especially noticeable when playing chords -and yes, the Detune knob is turned all down.
When connected to my Korg guitar tuner I can see that it is not exactly in tune.
Is this just a feature of analogue oscillators ?
There is supposed to be an auto-tune circuit into the unit -so I didn't expect this. My Monotribe is much more in tune.
Anyone expirence the same?

No need to
I missed this part of the manual:
Quote: | If you feel the pitch has drifted, please stop the sound for about 10 seconds. volca's auto- tuning function will correct itself automatically. |
Sorry for this guys.
I'm now enjoying the beauty of analogue sound |

Just adding to this old thread as it appears super low battery will stop the auto tuning function from happening. As soon as connected to KA350 power supply it tuned itself and back in business. |
