crackling ?

like potato chips ? Smile

I suppose you are saying its an audio/noise issue.

If you clarify, folks might have ideas, how to solve or trouble shoot

Crackling heard in your speakers? Or crackling heard in the keybed area?
Or cracking of your Kuckles as you get older and try to keep up with the weighted keys?
Or do you have the 61 key version ? Or LS version of kronos?

Try turning down the audio inputs on the back and make sure they are set to line.

Could be hardware issue. Does it do it from the headphone port also? Have you tried updating to the latest OS version? Could possibly fix the problem.
