|
|
Got my Prologue 16 a few days ago and so far this thing is blowing my mind.
Other than the Mac compatibility update issue I mentioned in my other post I've noticed one other small anomaly and was wondering if anybody else has encountered a similar problem?
On some patches there seems to be an extremely faint sound that you can hear in headphones. It's reminiscent of crosstalk on a tape deck.
It almost sounds like the arpeggiator is still running or maybe one of the effects is trailing on or in a feedback loop.
Perhaps it's just a minor bug that will be fixed once I'm able to update? |

Its the same on mine.
It sounds almost like the old modems sounded when transferring data.
Do you like me also have a low fluttering noise in the left channel when the L.F.Compressor is on? _________________ Korg Kronos 2 88 ; The River ; Cubase 10.5 Pro ; PC Win 10 |

Thanks for the reply.
I'm glad to know I wasn't imagining things.
The mystery sounds certainly aren't a deal breaker but it is a little weird.
I noticed the LF Comp adds a tiny bit of noise too but I figure that's probably normal for an analog compressor. |

On mine the compressor noise in the left channel is rather high.
Im not sure if I shall send it back for repair or not.
It sounds like this audiofile, but of course the audiofile is much boost.

Unfortunately I can't access that file even after logging into Dropbox.
Thanks all the same. |

I've got issues with osc 2 on my prologue 8 , was trying to reproduce it for recording and then I notices that sometimes osc2 don't produce sound at all |
