From The PG:
Poly After Touch
Polyphonic aftertouch allows a different aftertouch value for
each note. This can be received from external MIDI devices
or generated by the internal sequencer. The KRONOS
keyboard itself does not generate poly aftertouch, however. _________________ "To me the synthesizer was always a source of new sounds that musicians could use to expand the range of possibilities for making music."

Sounds like a good feature to have on the Kronos 3. That and an optional version using ROLI keyboard. |

I use a Roli direct in to the USB port on the Kronos and it works great. There is some setup involved, but the time is worth it. _________________ Korg Gear: (2) Kronos, PS3100, (2) MaxiKorg, PE1000, Z1Ex, MS20M,(2) OASYS-PCI, Synthe Pedal, Wavedrum WD-1, Prophecy, SQ1, 2600FS, M3M |

Wow, I didn't realize the Rolis had polyAFT. Good to know, as my Ensoniq won't last forever. I just watched this Jordan Rudess demo of one:

Really cool what you can do with bi-directional pitch, etc. |
