Still new to the KK2 universe so thanks for your patience in advance...
how can I assign "classic cx3" function to a front knob? I like the clean "custom" for most applications but want the option the get dirty when rocking.
Thanks again

Is this to "add some dirt" to a CX3 Program or to some other non-CX3 Program?

For the CX3 programs, the Leslie rotary speaker effect can be toggled on and off by flicking the joysitck upwards and releasing it. If bringing in different organ overtones is the intention, then the sliders can be used for this on CX3 programs, and are active by default.

What you want is to select a CX-3 PROG and set the control surface into "Tone Control" mode.

Most, if not all of the stock Cx-3 PROGs, have sliders set to adjust the drawbars. Overdrive will be on knob #2 and expression on #3, and those are the primary knobs you use to add dirt and grit.

If this is not how the PROG is set up, you can access the menu and reset it to default configuration and then you'll have it like this.

If you're new to the Kronos, I suggest you read up on the operation modes, including tone control, in the user guides.

Happy tweaking Smile
