|
|
Hello Friends,
I need your advice in the KARMA and Step Sequencer for an HD1 program.
I am trying to create a Step Sequence with an HD1 program but can't figure out where to find it. I could find the Step Sequence in the EXi programs but not in the HD1 programs.
Also, I am trying to create a trill sound on the HD1 program with KARMA. I want the trill to trigger when I hit the key with high velocity or aftertouch. I figured out the correct KARMA arp, tempo etc. But could not figure out how to trigger the KARMA with velocity or aftertouch.
Can someone please help? _________________ Thanks

I'm not sure whether HD1 includes a step sequencer at all. If you don't find any hint in the Parameter Guide, then, I think, it is not available for HD1.
Concerning your KARMA question, you can try with KARMA Dynamic MIDI. Aftertouch can be selected as Dynamic MIDI source, and there is Trigger Note control beyond the Dynamic MIDI Destinations. Maybe these can do want you want to achieve.
Take a look at the Dynamic MIDI section in the Appendix of the Parameter Guide. |

Please have a look at the Parameters Guide (p. 184) |

Thanks ksi. Yeah I could not find the step sequencer for the HD1. The parameter guide says nothing about it. I think KORG forgot to add it.
I am trying to figure out the dynamic midi part. It will take some time. _________________ Thanks

Yes, you're right, sorry.
But instead, you can try to use Wavesequences, it should do the job. |
