|
|
Hello,
I bought this piano new in the early 90s. After moving recently, I discovered that I have apparently lost this unit's owner's manual. Korg USA does not list this specific model in their discontinued lists and I also checked korgparts.com as well. I sent them an email and waiting for a reply.
The reason this is important is that a family friend recorded two tracks on this unit just before she passed. I want to be able to do two things: save this to my PC and be able to restore it back when needed. I have no idea on how to do this at this time and am assuming I may be able to accomplish this using MIDI.
Hoping someone on this forum can help me with the C-50 owner's manual and learn the process for saving/restoring the two recorded tracks from/to the C-50. _________________ Thanks,

Hi,
What about this one? http://cdn.korg.com/us/support/download/files/5ea0721a4e8fc33701fbb3ee7137f69e.pdf?response-content-disposition=inline%3Bfilename%2A%3DUTF-8%27%27C50G_FP_OM_E.pdf&response-content-type=application%2Fpdf%3B
Probably when you play the tracks on the piano, the MIDI OUT interface just sends out the notes as well so that you can record them with a PC.
Good luck in retrieving back those tracks.

Hello OpAmp,
I will review it. It may be close enough to my model as far as the controls/internals go. Appreciate your response! _________________ Thanks,
