Hi. Recently, I decided i will buy new headphones for my Korg Kronos, and I was wondering what you guys think. Which one should I look for, which one should I avoid, etc?

Not bought headphones recently,I'm sure that today's standards will provide a wider selection than were previously available.

Probably most forum members will post information regarding the ones they actually use.

In my case,I use a Sennheiser HD 650.
They're semi open back, produce a near flat response and are fairly comfortable for long usage.
Although they are expensive and a little dated, but still work well.

Also use a HD 201 as an alternative pair, but they tend to be bass bias and don't do the Kronos sound justice.
However,are useful for making comparisons.

Got the Shure SRH840, just great on the Kronos headphone jack, especially for the acoustic pianos. Cool

I’ve had my Sennheiser 600 for about 10 years now. Far and away the finest headphones I’ve ever used. I paid about $300 USD for them back then.

I'm using Beyerdynamic DT770 Pro. I was searching for a long time. I chose this one because of its linear frequency response (it is well known for that), I didn't want it to alter the Kronos sound.
What's more, I found it is very comfortable.

Yes. Sennheiser 650. Faultless.

or there (I don't know your country !) : https://www.amazon.fr/Beyerdynamic-Casque-DT770-PRO-Studio/dp/B0016MNAAI/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1528479712&sr=8-1&keywords=beyerdynamic+dt+770+pro

And check the clients reviews.

I've used Yamaha RH-5Ma phones for years, they have a flat and uncolored response, and you can probably get 3 or 4 pair for $180 if you look around online...

Hello,

I'm using the AKG K712 Pro. Clean sound at low volume, good mid's!
