|
|
I have had my Kross 2 for a few months now and have just tried to playback a WAV file.
Initially it returned an error so back to Cakewalk to try a different WAV output format, that failed, so tried again and success.
Set the WAV playing and it completely drowned out my keyboard playing (some would say that is a good thing) so I looked around for an easy way of reducing the volume of the WAV file only to find that there is no easy way.
You have to press function, scroll down to the choices, select the one you want and wait until the Kross processes the change or you can just dial down the reduction by trial and error.
Would it have been so difficult for the Korg designers to incorporate an easy solution into the keyboard?
Or am I missing something?
I did look in the manual but that is typical Korg its written in Klingon. _________________ Biggles

You can change the gain via the function menu of the sample pad - but you can also adjust the level on the sample pad itself via the edit button (along with the loop/gate setting ).
Hope this helps |
