My 9 month old Pa4x 61 is not going into standby mode after 2 hours of non use which it certainly used to do.
I have confirmed that the appropriate global box has been checked and am now at a loss as to what to do next. I know it’s still under warranty but hoping there is a home based solution.
Any ideas welcomed!
Thanks

Hey Bob
I don't use this (but I should as I have accidentally left mine on)
I would suggest completely powering OFF the PA4X (at the mains wall socket) for at least 10 minutes
and then try it again.
Hope you get it sorted out.
Cheers

Hi Pete
Thanks for the tip but I’ve already tried that. Any other ideas appreciated.

This is a long shot - is the time display correct, internal battery not flat? _________________ Korg Pa4X (OS NEXT 3.1.0)

I would bet at some OS bug..Backup your set and try to factory reset it.Theb load your set again WITHOUT the global folder (delete it or rename it to something else like adding a char at the end). _________________ ~~~The best keyboard for any player is the one that fits his/her needs!~~~

Thanks for suggestions, I’ve checked the clock and that’s ok. As far as the factory restore is concerned, good idea but Iv’e never done one before and feel a bit nervous about trying it, however, I have some expert support coming to see me soon so I’ll try it then..
Thanks again
