Nice! I have the much older version . It doesn't pay to get individual instruments. I'll just get the ultimate version even though I already know I won't be using everything. I've never used their hardware controllers. _________________ Sam

I'm curious to find out more about the S88 Mk2, what kind of Fatar they used this time, how it feels.
The Mk1 was sluggish and noisy, and going by the scant promo information ('advanced hammer-action mechanism, Smart Spring technology, and memory-foam damping') this one seems to be different, at least, I hope so. |

Its still a fatar..
They rock with organ and synth keys..
But where it comes to hammer action they all fall short even of the Korg RH3
And get blown away by Kawai, Roland and Yamaha’s high end keybeds..
They are acdeptable at best, in the same league as Casio...
Exceptions?
Nord somehow modufies the Fatar keybeds to perform better.. _________________ Korg Kronos 2/88 , Genos, Mainstage3 +VSTsu, ipad pro, GSi Gemini, Roland Integra 7, Jupiter Xm, Yamaha motif XS rack, Ketron SD90.
