Do you have any songbook tips ? Do you have your own system for organising your song ?

I use SONGBOOK extensively and tend to do the following.....
I use the Genre/Artist fields to contain my own unique names - this helps finding my specific entries (I do keep all the OSIMO entries in there too, so there is a lot!!!!) - you can sort the entire SONGBOOK on these fields - very useful.
Then I use and love the SET-LIST feature - I use this for actual band set-lists, favourites, genre-specific etc..etc...

I have only needed the SONGBOOK editor once (which really helped sort out a mess) but generally manage everything on board.

P.S. in case you are unfamiliar with "OSIMO" - this was a SONGBOOK supplied by an on-line keyboard magazine and was the original Korg SONGBOOK with all the song names corrected to make sense (plus a few extras)

When I create a new song I enter it in all CAPS. That separates it from the factory songs that came with the keyboard.

When I enter a new song I put a space as the first song title letter then the Songbook sorts it at the very beginning of the list...
