Hi
I wonder if someone might have a idea how to stop the upper voice bank selection button on my 4x, turning on and off my Roland BK-7M Expanders upper 1 voice bank?
I have been into the Global, Midi section and attempted to add Midi Out Filters to stop this output.
My Current filters are:
0 Bank Sel
Prg Change
Volume
120 All Sound Off
My midi out channels are set as:
Ch01: Upper 1
Ch02: Lower
Ch03: Bass
All other midi out channels are set to Off.
This Roland expander has upper1 voice and a upper2 voice. Both play fine triggered from the upper of the Pa4x.
I also midi pass a midi swell volume peddle plugged into my 4x, along with a midi damper peddle.
Not that it is probably relevant, but i midi into the 4X an Alesis 88note keyboard to the lower of the 4x and a midi 13 note peddle board.
Both the lower Alesis and peddle board not only midi trigger the 4x perfectly, but they trigger the Roland expander also.
If I turn on and off the PX4x lower bank or upper Bank 2 or 3, these do not turn off banks on the expander. This is great. I just have no idea why bank one upper switch of the 4x insists on turning off and on the Roland's upper 1 bank.
Thanks in advance.
Simon. |
