| i have 2 kronos 73，one kronos motherboard no longer work，because i have some really imporant work to do，so i change the motherboard from my orther kronos and reinstall the system，the system success installed but the reauthorized files can not work ，i am sure i go to korg.com and enter the correct public ID one the screen show to me! but why can not authorize？？ a fat32 USB DISK and i put the .reauth file in to USB ROOT。 |

I am sure a few have swapped out, DIY , the Mobo.
If the Kronos ID was tied to the Mobo , it wold stand to reason they also had to solve the issue. Hopefully, some one will recall the steps.
My guess work is that you might need your DVD install discs and do a fresh install. But thats my guess work. Lets wait for a few posts.
Meanwhile, I think you should contact Korg support in your country and wait a few days for their reply.
